A handwritten letter from Taylor Swift to Liam Payne back in 2017 is up for auction.

The note, dated “12.1.17,” will be available through Omega Auctions on December 2, and is expected sell for $6,500-$13,150.

According to the auctioneer’s website, the note was given to Liam on the night of the 'Jingle Bell Ball' in London where they were both performing.

"Liam, Long time no see! I'm so excited for you, you're crushing it out there. I'm obsessed with ‘Bedroom Floor.’ It's so cool to see you from afar, I'm always cheering you on. Good luck tonight!” the note reads.

The note was written on Taylor’s custom letterhead with her name at the top, and comes with the personalized envelope with “Liam” on the front along with star drawings, plus a “T” wax seal. The back of the envelope also has “Nashville, Tennessee” printed on it, where Taylor kicked off her career.

The website state’s the letter was “gifted by Liam Payne to a close associate shortly after receiving the note.”

Liam released his song “Bedroom Floor” in October 2017, two months before the note was delivered. He was performing solo once he and his One Direction bandmates, Zayn Malik, Louis Tomlinson, Niall Horan, and Harry Styles (who Taylor dated) were on an indefinite hiatus.

The auction comes just a year after Liam tragically died from a fall from his hotel balcony in Buenos Aires, Argentina. According to People, the autopsy revealed that he died of “polytrauma,” meaning multiple injuries. A toxicology report released the month after his death showed the singer had traces of “alcohol, cocaine and prescription antidepressants” in his system at the time of his death.
