Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are engaged!

In a surprise post on Instagram, the "Lover" singer wrote, "Your English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married."

There's also close ups of the couple hugging, and of course, the major ring on her finger: a large diamond with a gold band.

According to TMZ, the ring, featuring an Old Mine Brilliant Cut diamond, was designed by Kindred Lubeck who worked with Travis on the design.

They also reported that Taylor’s black and white striped dress was from Ralph Lauren, and has already sold out.

The romance began back in the summer of 2023 after Travis attended the Eras Tour stop at Arrowhead Stadium, which they joked about during her appearance on the “New Heights” podcast earlier this month.

Travis’ attempt to get her a friendship bracelet with his phone number on it was intercepted and Taylor said he “made it everyone’s problem.”

He brought it up on an episode of “New Heights” at the time, and shortly after that, they did meet.

"This all started when Travis very adorably put me on blast on his podcast, which I thought was metal as hell," she told Time Magazine for her Person of the Year cover story.

"We started hanging out right after that. So we actually had a significant amount of time that no one knew, which I'm grateful for, because we got to get to know each other."

They didn’t go public until the fall of 2023 when she was seen attending a Chiefs game with Travis’ mom, Donna Kelce.

"By the time I went to that first game, we were a couple," she told Time. "I think some people think that they saw our first date at that game? We would never be psychotic enough to hard launch a first date."

Since then, Taylor and Travis have been an item, with her attending games, including Super Bowls, and Travis hitting up several Eras Tour stops around the world.

Travis even made a surprise appearance on stage during the London Eras Tour in June last year for the “I Can Do It With A Broken Heart” transition.

Taylor started to work Travis into her music too. Her songs “The Alchemy” and “So High School” from “The Tortured Poets Department” both allude to the relationship.

In “So High School,” she sings “You know how to ball/I know Aristotle,” tying back to her engagement post caption.

Since her Time interview, the couple has slowly become more open about their relationship, with the most in-depth look happening on “New Heights.”
