Thomas Guiry, who is an actor known for the role of Scott Smalls in "The Sandlot," was arrested in Horry County, South Carolina this month.

According to an incident report from Horry County Police Dept. (HCPD), an officer responded to Winslow Avenue in reference to a trespassing/disturbance call on June 2.

Officers found Guiry in the middle of the roadway inquiring about his wife's safety.

The victim was heard shouting at Guiry, "Really, my window's been shattered," the report states. Guiry replied, "That sucks, man, I'll pay you back, I'm sorry, I'm gonna get you back," the report added.

The officer confirmed there was damage to the windshield of a white Jeep at the scene. The police report said Guiry damaged the windshield with a 35-pound dumbbell weight. The victim also claimed Guiry displayed a knife and approached his door, ringing the doorbell.

The report said Guiry made an "excited utterance" and said, "I did it. I'm sorry man. I'm coming back to get you, I', sorry brother, I'll pay you back."

Guiry was then arrested and transported to J Reuben Long Detention Center. He was charged with assault and battery third-degree and malicious injury to personal property, $2,000 or less.

He was released the day after his arrest.
