New Spider-Man: Far From Home trailer swings onto social media

ALBANY, Ga. (WFXL) - Spider-Man is always one to make an entrance and the new trailer for Spider-Man: Far From Home does not disappoint.

The trailer dropped Tuesday morning thanks to Spidey actor Tom Holland's Instagramand made it's way onto other platforms shortly thereafter.

The trailer revealed Peter getting prepared for his trip and then making it over the Atlantic Ocean. However, he seemingly landed in a bit of trouble after meeting with Nick Fury.

This led into the first reveal of Jake Gyllenhaal's Mysterio doing battle with Spidey.

In addition to the new trailer, the studio also dropped a new poster with Spider-Man's mask adorned with logos from various countries.

However, the question still remains of how the film plays into the current Marvel Studios timeline as the last time audiences saw the wallcrawler, he wasn't feeling so well after Thanos acquired the Infinity Gauntlet during Avengers: Infinity War.

Moviegoers should have a better idea of how the timeline resolves itself when Avengers: Endgame releases on April 26 and Spider-Man: Far From Home hits theaters on July 5.
