Black Widow - While it wasn't exactly the movie I wanted, "Black Widow" did almost everything I would have asked it to do. I just would have preferred it to be done in two or three films. Still, I'm thankful that audiences have the opportunity to see Scarlett Johansson's take on Natasha Romanoff gain a little more depth. "Avengers: Endgame" will always be her swan song, but now that finale resonates more deeply. [Full Review]
Joe Bell -Based on a true story, this recounts story of Joe Bell (Mark Wahlberg) a grieving father sets out to walk across America talking to people about bullying. It is the story of a father who feels like he didn’t do enough to protect his son from the world. A father who did his best to embrace his son’s uniqueness but recognizes that he failed to convey his love. It is the devastating story of Jadin Bell (Reid Miller), a queer teenager who kills himself after being constantly bullied by his classmates. [Full Review]

Batman: The Long Halloween Part Two - The history of theDC Universe Animated Original Moviesis a rocky road of hits and misses. "The Long Halloween" feels as close to a direct hit as I can remember. While some have reacted poorly to the vulnerability of Batman or complained that there is too much focus on supporting characters (we get a lot Harvey Dent and Selina Kyle) but Batman has often shared the stage with other players. More often than not he still gets the final bow.
