Madea actor Tyler Perry warns of scam circulating on Facebook; 'Stop it, devil'

(WZTV) -Actor Tyler Perry, best known for his empire of Madea movies, took to social media on Tuesday night to warn of a scam claiming he is giving away money or other items.

Perry says fake social media accounts have been created in his name claiming he is giving away money and other items on Facebook. Perry says "I don't know who they are, everyday we have to shut down 10, 20, 30 of these things."

While Perry admits he does hold give aways, Perry urges followers to post the warning "everywhere" to warn others. His message to he scammers..."Stop it, devil."
