SALT LAKE CITY (KUTV) - As Netflix becomes more and more focused on original content, the list of titles leaving their streaming service is going to get smaller and smaller. This month's list is short, but there are fairly mighty titles included.

Hellboy II: The Golden Army

Guillermo del Toro makes some of the most beautiful films. Sure, that beauty is often offset with something gruesome, but when it comes to fantasy there's no one better. I'd argue that "Hellboy II: The Golden Army" is the Spanish director's most gorgeous film to date. The film finds Hellboy (Ron Perlman) defending the world from an evil elf (Luke Goss) who leads an army of mechanical warriors.

Jurassic Park

As children many of us grew up dreaming of a world where dinosaurs still existed. With "Jurassic Park" Steven Spielbergbrought us that much closer to living in that world with his adaptation of Michael Crichton's novel about a man who builds a theme park populated by dinosaurs on a remote island. Things don't exactly go as planned. The film's first two sequels, "The Lost World: Jurassic Park" and "Jurassic Park III," are also due to leave on November 1.

The Land Before Time

Sticking with the dinosaur theme, in 1988 animator Don Bluth, with a little help from Steven Spielberg and George Lucas, released "The Land Before Time," an animated story about a group of mismatched dinosaurs trying to find their way home. I can't speak for the sequels, there are thirteen of them, but the first film is rather good. It's first two sequels, "The Land Before Time II: The Great Valley Adventure" and "The Land Before Time III: The Time of the Great Giving," are also leaving Netflix. Warn the kids.

Up in the Air

George Clooney stars in "Up in the Air" asRyan Bingham, a professional downsizer, who travels the world laying off employees so that their bosses don't have to. Bingham loves the constant change of scenery and the travel miles that come with it. His lifestyle is put at risk when a young co-worker (Anna Kendrick) proposes that their company use videoconferencing and stop delivering their bad news in person. The film also stars Vera Farmiga as a frequent traveler who crosses paths with Bingham.

Paddington

One of the best films of 2018 is "Paddington 2." No, I'm not kidding. The original film, while not quite as good is still a wonderful re-telling of the classic story of a intelligent bear who travels to London in hopes of finding a home and a few jar marmalade.(Leaving 11/17/18)
