Reality TV star Luann de Lesseps released from jail

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) - Luann de Lesseps, the star of the reality TV show "The Real Housewives of New York City," went back to jail.

A judge on Thursday morning ordered de Lesseps into custody for alleged probation violations. She has since been released.

The judge said de Lesseps isn't taking her probation seriously after a positive alcohol test and failure to attend meetings.

The TV star pleaded guilty to lesser charges last year after Palm Beach Police arrested her on charges of disorderly intoxication, resisting arrest and battery on a law enforcement officer at the Colony Hotel on Christmas Eve in 2017.
