WASHINGTON (SBG) — Get ready for a long, strange trip and keep on truckin' in Nike's latest pair of sneakers.

You won't see a touch of grey on these shoes. Instead, you'll find a lot of bold yellow, orange and green.

In a collaboration no one saw coming, Nike has teamed up with the band Grateful Dead to create the "Nike SB Dunk Low Grateful Dead."

The design includes the band's dancing bear, with the signature Nike swoosh frayed like the bear's collar, and "Steal Your Face" skull logos on the inside of the shoe. The sneakers are part of the brand's skateboarder line.

Other features of the shoe include fake fur and suede — and a zippered storage pouch built into the tongue.

The shoes retail for $110 and availability will progress in stages. The orange version comes out Saturday, July 18 at www.ftcsf.com. The yellow ones release on Nike's SNKRS site and select skate shops July 24. The green shoes go on sale at select skate shops the same day.
