'Friends: The Reunion' special coming to HBO Max this month

TULSA, Okla. (KTUL) — OH MY GOD. "Friends: The Reunion" special will finally premiere on HBO Max on May 27, the one-year anniversary of HBO Max’s launch.

The streaming service made the announcement on Wednesday and released a teaser.

Original stars Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc, Matthew Perry, and David Schwimmer are all set to return to the show's iconic soundstage, Stage 24,on the Warner Bros. Studio lot in Burbank for a "real-life unscripted celebration of the beloved show."

Aniston, Cox, Kudrow, LeBlanc, Perry, and Schwimmer also executive produced the special.

"Friends: The Reunion" will have various special guests, including David Beckham, Justin Bieber, BTS, James Corden, Cindy Crawford, Cara Delevingne, Lady Gaga, Elliott Gould, Kit Harington, Larry Hankin, Mindy Kaling, Thomas Lennon, Christina Pickles, Tom Selleck, James Michael Tyler, Maggie Wheeler, Reese Witherspoon and Malala Yousafzai.
