WASHINGTON (Sinclair Broadcast Group) -- Fans of "The Bachelor" in Los Angeles and Minnesota were not happy with Arie Luyendyk Jr. after he broke off his engagement on national television to publicist Becca Kufrin.

In the season finale that aired on Monday, Luyendyk originally broke ties with sales executive Lauren Burnham in order to marry Kufrin. But suddenly things changed and Luyendyk decided to break up with Kufrin in order to try things again with Burnham.

Anti-Arie billboards went up in Los Angeles as well as Minnesota where Kufrin is from. The billboards went up before Tuesday night's reunion aired on ABC.

Each billboard said "Arie...not okay, just leave. - Everyone."

The billboard company which placed the digital signs up told BuzzFeed anonymous fans "wanted to show their reaction to last night's 'historic' finale."

"Although the fans chose to remain anonymous, we thought this was way too funny to not share," the company said.
