Disney has released new concept art for an upcoming immersive "Star Wars"-themed experience it describes as "the largest-ever single-themed land expansion" at Disneyland.

Earlier this year, the company celebrated the groundbreaking of new "Star Wars" lands planned at Disneyland and Walt Disney World Resorts. Some concept art has previously been released, but the new image is a wide aerial shot of the vision for the whole 14-acre "planet."

The art was posted Monday on a fence along Big Thunder Trail in Frontierland at Disneyland. Han Solo's Millennium Falcon, which Disney "Imagineers" have said guests will be able to board, can be seen in a cargo bay in the image.

Announcing the "jaw-dropping" new worlds at D23 Expo in 2015, Disney Chairman and CEO Bob Iger said, "These new lands at Disneyland and Walt Disney World will transport guests to a whole new Star Wars planet, including an epic Star Wars adventure that puts you in the middle of a climactic battle between the First Order and the Resistance."

"Star Wars"-themed rides, exhibits, and restaurants are already operational at Disney parks, but these expansions will vastly expand the opportunities available to visiting fans. No firm timeline has been announced for when they will open.
