DDG and Halle Bailey are taking their custody issues to court.

On June 4, lawyers for rapper DDG requested a temporary emergency order in Los Angeles Superior Court according to USA Today. The request from DDG's legal team reportedly asks the judge to prohibit the singer/actress from traveling to Italy with their 18-month-old son, Halo. DDG's lawyers are also requesting a domestic violence restraining order alleging that Bailey is an "imminent emotional and psychological risk,” according to PEOPLE.

This new filing is reportedly in response to Halle’s restraining order against the 27-year-old Twitch streamer which was initiated back in May. That temporary restraining order which ordered the Twitch streamer to remain over 100 yards away from Bailey and Halo was granted after Bailey alleged the rapper abused her physically and emotionally. During yesterday's filing, DDG’s team also asked for a postponement of the domestic violence restraining order hearing that had been scheduled for June 4, according to People.

The next hearing in this case is reportedly set for June 24.

Halle currently has physical and legal custody of Halo.
