NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) - A famous Nashville couple has split up after 10 years together.
Former Vanderbilt and NFL quarterback Jay Cutler and reality star Kristin Cavallari both announced their decision to file for divorce on Sunday via Instagram.
"With great sadness, after 10 years together we have come to a loving conclusion to get a divorce," Cutler and Cavallari wrote on their respective accounts. "We have nothing but love and respect for one another and are deeply grateful for the years shared, memories made, and the children we are so proud of. This is just the situation of two people growing apart. We ask everyone to respect our privacy as we navigate this difficult time within our family."
Cutler, 36, and Cavallari, 33, began dating in 2010 when the quarterback was a member of the Chicago Bears.
The couple married in 2013 and have three children together: sons Camden, 7, and Jaxon, 5, and daughter Saylor, 4.
