WYNNEWOOD, Okla. (SBG) — Just when you think the "Tiger King" saga couldn't get any wilder, something like this happens.

Carole Baskin,an animal welfare activist who runs Big Cat Rescue in Tampa, Florida, has won a major victory in court against her nemesis, Joe Exotic.

Baskin is now the owner of his infamous animal park; a worst case scenario for Exotic, whose real name isJoseph Allen Maldonado-Passage.

An Oklahoma judge ruled in favor of Baskin's corporation in its lawsuit against The Greater Wynnewood Exotic Animal Park, formerly owned by Exotic.

Baskin will now have control of the 16-acre animal park in Garvin County, Oklahoma. Several cabins and vehicles were also awarded in the verdict, according to court records.

What's not included in Baskin's victory is the big cats. The court order said the former owner must "vacate the Zoo Land premises within 120 days of service of this Order ...Vacation of premises shall also require removal of all zoo animals from the Zoo Land," CNN reports.

Exotic remains in prison for attempting to hire a hitman to kill Baskin. Baskin's victory was expected, an attorney for Jeff Lowe, who currently owns the park, told CNN.

No appeals are expected in the court case. Instead, Lowe is devoting all of his energy to building a new tiger-themed animal attraction about one hour south of Exotic's former zoo in Thackerville, Oklahoma.
