WASHINGTON (Sinclair Broadcast Group) — It is the circle of life: as the anticipation for one Marvel movie ends, the teasing of another begins.
Amid a wave of praise for the first screening of the upcoming “Black Panther,” Marvel released the first trailer for this summer’s “Ant-Man” sequel, “Ant-Man and the Wasp.”
Stars Paul Rudd, Evangeline Lilly, and Michael Douglas return in the aftermath of the appearance of Rudd’s Scott Lang in “Captain America: Civil War,” with Lilly’s Hope van Dyne suiting up as the Wasp and all three apparently going on the run.
Much growing and shrinking of people, vehicles, and Pez dispensers ensues.
“Ant-Man and the Wasp,” helmed again by "Ant-Man" director Peyton Reed, hits theaters July 6. Those desperate for an Ant-Man fix sooner can also catch Rudd in “Avengers: Infinity War” in May.
