Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas to host 57th ACM Awards

LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas will host the 57th Academy of Country Music Awards next year.

The awards ceremony will be held on Monday, March 7, and will stream on Amazon Prime Video.

"We are thrilled to return to Las Vegas to celebrate country music’s Party of the Year in this incredible brand-new stadium and on the Prime Video streaming service for the first time ever," Damon Whiteside, CEO of the Academy of Country Music, said in a press release. "We can’t thank the city of Las Vegas and Allegiant Stadium enough for welcoming us for the 57th Academy of Country Music Awards – a party so big only a stadium can hold it!"

The ACM Awards recognizes the biggest names in country music. Chris Stapleton won last year's award for best album of the year for "Starting Over," while Luke Bryan won Entertainer of the Year.
