It wouldn't be a Super Bowl without the long-awaited halftime show.

Vegas' own resident performer and icon Usher will be taking us back in time to hear some hits and then also showcase some of the new.

People are expecting an epic performance at Allegiant Stadium.

Usher will perform in front of 65,000 fans and millions more around the world on music's biggest stage.

"Great at Jay Z and the Super Bowl would have me able to be there to entertain the world," said Usher during the Apple Music Super Bowl Half Time Show press conference Thursday.

The first independent artist to perform at the Super Bowl gave fans a preview of what to expect for the big day.

"Las Vegas has been amazing for me having 100 sold out shows and a residency and to have the next one be the crescendo which is the Super Bowl with Apple is really giving my time here in Las Vegas an incredible button at the end," said Usher.

He'll be performing 13 minutes of his top hits.

"I thought about a few moments that were special in dance," said Usher. "I thought about some things that I had created here in Las Vegas, skating and doing things that I have not done on stage up until this point to be able to share that with the world."

Usher shied away from saying who may be making an appearance with him on stage.

So News 3 went to the experts at Entertainment Tonight to see if they had the answer.

"Understand this. Lil Jon is in town. Ludacris is in town. So, we have clues y'all. The clues are everywhere if you just piece them together," said Kevin Frazier, a correspondent for the hit entertainment show.

So, what about the songs? What will he be performing?

"Well he's going to do 'Yeah,' said Nischelle Turner. "Does he slow it down a little bit and do a little 'Confessions'?

There are some things we'll just have to wait and see.

No matter what it's going to be a party with Usher Raymond.
